Originally built as the Wellman Family farm home, this property is part of the Alcovy Preserve, a protected nature preserve established in 2004 and held in perpetuity by the Oconee River Land Trust. In collaboration with BMA Home, we worked closely with the client to thoughtfully renovate the home, honoring its history of stewardship while bringing their vision to life.
