We work with a team – architects, designers, contractors – and you to create the design that brings your vision to life. We will prepare a detailed plan to guide our work and keep you informed at every stage.

At this point, we enter into a pre-construction agreement. During this phase, we refine details, establish timelines, coordinate consultants, and prepare for construction with clarity and intention.

You’ll receive a complete set of construction documents, a detailed budget, and finalized selections. This step ensures that everyone is aligned before we break ground.

We focus on every detail to ensure that the vision you shared for your home is what we build for you. We like to think of the homes we build as a type of sculpture, one composed of thousands of details. Attending to those details is what separates our work.

With plans finalized and contracts signed, construction begins. From the first day on site to the final walkthrough, we manage the process with care, transparency, and respect for the vision you entrusted to us.
